Intellectual Property & Usage License

All materials provided, including but not limited to Video Lessons, Agency-Vetted SOPs, KW Command SmartPlans, and FUB Action Plans, are the exclusive property of Pillar Point Academy.

  • Single User License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license.
  • Prohibition of Resale: You may not record, redistribute, or sell our proprietary “Advanced Toolkit” materials. Violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

Refund & Credit-Back Policy

  • Digital Goods: Due to the immediate access to downloadable resources (SOPs and Templates), all sales for individual modules are final.
  • The Credit-Back Model: Fees paid for the “Foundations” modules (₱249) are creditable toward the “Full Curriculum” within 30 days of purchase.

No Guarantee of Employment

Pillar Point Academy provides training to make you “Day 1 Ready.” While top graduates are funneled into the Pillar Point Agency hiring pool, enrollment does not guarantee employment or a specific income level.

Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining the hardware and internet connection necessary to access the LMS. We are not responsible for third-party platform downtimes.

Live Training & Attendance Policy

  • Zoom Delivery: All Academy classes are conducted via Live Zoom sessions at the scheduled times. Links will be provided via the student portal or registered email.
  • No Recorded Playbacks: To maintain the exclusivity of the “Advanced Toolkit” and encourage active participation, no recordings of the live sessions will be shared or sold.
  • Attendance Responsibility: It is the student’s responsibility to attend the live sessions. Missing a session does not entitle the student to a recording or a refund.

Course Materials & Workbook

  • Required Usage: Every student is provided with an official Pillar Point Academy Workbook.
  • Manual Documentation: Since no recordings are provided, students are expected to use the workbook as their primary resource for capturing SOPs, CRM workflows, and MREA frameworks during the live sessions.
  • Proprietary Nature: The workbook is for the sole use of the registered student and may not be scanned, shared, or distributed.
